Raw Honey

Straight from our own hives to your table. This is raw, unfiltered honey,  never blended, nothing added. Just what the bees made, poured into the jar. The color and flavor shift a little with the seasons and whatever's blooming around the farm, so no two batches taste exactly alike. That's the point.

Spoon it into tea, drizzle it over toast or biscuits, or use it in baking. Because it's raw, it may crystallize over time, that's a sign it's the real thing, not a flaw. Set the jar in warm water to bring it back to liquid.

Raw honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age.
